We Are Collecting Old Mobile Phones!

Irish Autism Action and Children’s Health & Safety Educator (CHASE) have teamed up to raise awareness of anti-social behaviour and bullying. We are happy to confirm that our school has registered its support of this important campaign.

‘Chase’ has developed an interactive online teaching aid which highlights this important issue which faces us all.  By collecting one phone per child enrolled in our school we can avail of this teaching aid for free!

In addition to this offer we can also collect old mobile phones to be exchanged for badly needed resources for our school like interactive whiteboards, iPads, laptops, sporting equipment etc.

If we collect over 50 phones we will also be entered into a draw to win a ‘fully paid Resource Teacher for the school year beginning September 2013!  As you can imagine this would be of great benefit to all our students.

Most of us have old mobile phone lying at the bottom of that drawer, so I would encourage you to take a look, then send them in to school with your child and they can put the old phones into the collection box located outside our office .

Thanking you in advance for your continued support of our school.

Kind regards,

Mr. Cox
